Focus and Scope
Journal of the University Librarians Association of Sri Lanka (JULA) welcomes quality articles from scholars and practitioners in the field of Library and Information Science in Sri Lanka. Book reviews, short papers, and commentaries are also welcome. Priority will be given to research articles. All contributions will be reviewed by two independent experts. Submission and inquiries could be sent to the editor of JULA. Journal of the University Librarians Association of Sri Lanka is now indexed in EBSCO and LISA.
All articles published in the journal are deposited with Crossref
Publication Frequency
JULA is published biannually.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
Archiving Policy
This journal is available for LOCKSS harvesting, to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. See LOCKSS harvesting start page.
